The Central Election Commission (CEC) released preliminary results of the partially boycotted October 4 municipal elections, according to which the Georgian Dream party leads with 80.7% of the vote nationwide, compared to a combined 19.3% received by opposition parties. The preliminary results are based on 2,279 (out of 3,061) precincts where the vote was conducted
