Tamar Liluashvili has been named Georgia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Italy and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Rome-based agencies — the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the International Fund for Agricultural Development
